Welcome to EraserDread ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our website edteees.com (the "Site"), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Use. Please read these terms carefully before using our Site. If you do not agree with these Terms, you may not use the Site.

These Terms govern your access to and use of the Site and the services provided by EraserDread, including purchasing custom t-shirts, subscribing to newsletters, and using any other services or features available on the Site.

To purchase from our Site or access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to keep your account details up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site for lawful purposes only and in accordance with these Terms. You may not use the Site:

  • In any way that violates applicable local, provincial, or national laws.

  • To transmit harmful or malicious content, including viruses, malware, or any other form of harmful code.

  • For any purpose that could damage, disable, or overburden the Site.

4. Product Information and Pricing

We make every effort to display our products and their prices accurately on the Site. However, we cannot guarantee that all information (including prices, descriptions, and availability) is always error-free. In the event of an error, we reserve the right to correct the information and cancel or refuse any orders at our discretion.

5. Payment

All transactions are processed through our secure Squarespace platform. You agree to pay the full amount for the products you order, including any applicable taxes and shipping charges, at the time of purchase. We accept payment via the methods specified on the Site.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We will make every effort to ship your orders promptly. Shipping times and costs will be clearly indicated at checkout. However, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or any other circumstances beyond our control.

7. Privacy and Use of Personal Information

By using the Site, you agree to the collection, use, and sharing of your personal information as outlined in our Privacy Policy. We may collect your name, email address, shipping information, and payment details for the purposes of processing orders and providing customer service. If you opt-in to receive newsletters, we may send you marketing materials and promotional offers via email.

8. Custom T-Shirt Designs

By submitting custom designs to us, you represent and warrant that you have the right to use any intellectual property included in the design and that it does not violate any third-party rights. You grant us the right to print and use the design on the products you purchase.

9. Refund and Return Policy

At EraserDread, we take pride in the quality of our custom t-shirts. As these products are made to order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges. However, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, so please review our policy below:

  • Custom Products

    • All custom t-shirts are made to order based on your design and specifications. As such, we do not accept returns or exchanges for custom-designed items unless they are defective or damaged during shipping.

  • Defective or Damaged Items

    • If your t-shirt arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 business days of receiving your order. We will either issue a full refund or send a replacement, depending on the situation.

  • Incorrect Orders

    • If we make a mistake with your order (e.g., wrong design, size, or color), we will correct it at no additional cost to you. Please contact us as soon as possible to resolve the issue.

  • Non-Custom Items

    • For non-custom products, returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 business days of receiving your order, provided the items are unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of EraserDread and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from the Site without prior written consent from us.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EraserDread shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data, resulting from your use of the Site or products purchased from the Site.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Site at our discretion, without notice, for any violation of these Terms of Use.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the province of Quebec, Canada. Any legal action related to these Terms shall be filed in the appropriate courts of Quebec.
